Hajer LASSOUED became aware of the value of her heritage and had never stopped enriching her expertise. She is now expert in olive oil tasting, also known as oleologists. Her passion led her to create the NEAPOLYSSA® brand, “The siren of the Mediterranean”, to re her expertise with the world.

NEAPOLYSSA® is a unique concept that combines oleotourism and local products. Today, NEAPOLYSSA® offers an alternative and unavoidable tourist experience through various workshops that awaken the senses:
